Cheryl will lead the company’s strategic planning, execution and management of business goals for sales growth and company brand awareness in the North America market. Among her many responsibilities, Cheryl will be responsible for directly contributing to sustainable company growth through a targeted branding and marketing strategy.
Cheryl brings more than 20 years of award-winning national and international marketing expertise to ICU Technologies. She acquired a broad and unique combination of marketing expertise having served multiple organizations across a variety of industries with a focus on B2B organizations.
Cheryl’s multi award-winning track record demonstrates her leadership helping past employers significantly expand their brand awareness, drive outstanding sales growth, and surpass goals. “Cheryl’s experience and talents are unsurpassed, and she will continue to accelerate ICU’s impact to California’s schools with unrivaled precision, passion, and innovation,” expressed ICU’s Chief Experience Officer (CXO) Jason Eatmon. “Her business acumen and ability to humanize security solutions are fueled and inspired by her dedication to protecting our students and those communities that serve them. We literally could not be more honored to have Cheryl join the ICU family and executive team as Chief Marketing Officer.”
Cheryl was inspired by ICU’s mission as the primary motivation for joining the company. “One of my passions is working to improve lives and protect the sanctity of our communities,” explained Cheryl. “Two years ago, my hometown was mortified when five students were senselessly killed by a gunman in their school. It’s truly an honor to join this team committed to protecting the innocence and purity of our schools including students, staff, and teachers is truly an honor. I look forward to contributing to the meaningfulness of the ICU mission to serve those who serve our great state’s schools and communities.”
A graduate of UCLA, when Cheryl isn’t working, she’s typically busy kickboxing, strength training, hiking, and enjoying California’s beautiful weather and Pacific Ocean.
